Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

Vellure currently ships to select international locations. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vellure is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Vellure is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address].

Damages and Lost Items

Vellure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging as evidence for the carrier.
