Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item you purchased from Vellure is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided, you are entitled to a remedy:
Major Failure: You can choose between a full refund or a replacement of the same item.
Minor Failure: We will choose to either repair the item, replace it, or offer a refund.Note on Electronics: Please ensure all personal data is backed up before returning electronic devices for repair, as the repair process may result in the loss of data.
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you simply change your mind:Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like earphones or opened software cannot be returned for a change of mind. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for "change of mind" is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at support@vellure.online with your order number and a brief description (plus photos if the item is damaged).
Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Faulty Goods: If the item is confirmed to be faulty, Vellure will reimburse you for reasonable return postage costs. Please keep your postage receipt.
Change of Mind: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
